BREEAM – certified sustainability

The sustainability of this shopping center was certified on the basis of the “Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology” criteria, or BREEAM, for short. In the certification process, BREEAM follows the highest standards in assessing the environmental impact of building activities and focuses on environmental aspects as a “Green Building” label.
